„This place was amazing true vacation just bring your clothes and got play in the sand! “It doesn’t get better then this”. Traveling with my husband two children and my mother in law and our Memaw. We was steps away from the beach and this is an enormous beach with plenty sand area a park volleyball and a basketball. The beds are comfortable and squeak free the only thing is that we wished we had more time thank you for making check in and check out so easy! “

„Owner was great, responses quick and will be there on a same day when something is broken. The furniture is cool and very worthy but it's very worn. Bathrooms very worthy and clean, but the doors and the surfaces of the furniture was very dirty and dusty, the BBQ either. House needs new paint from outside and a little TLC inside. We were a large group of friends 19 and 3 kids but we spent a great time there and we would do it again. Thank you for having a great time “

„Sehr schönes Objekt gleich um die Ecke des Pazifiks. Dort in beiden Richtungen kilometerlange Sandstrände, wir haben zahlreiche Delphine vom Ufer aus gesehen, die Wellen zum Wellenreiten genutzt und genossen. Die Wohnung ist uns sehr sauber übergeben worden. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Alle Alltagsdinge waren vorhanden, selbst Waschmittel und Spülmittel standen zur Verfügung. „We loved the location and overall amenities were very suitable. With a little love this place would be perfect. A few mattresses were a bit hard and uncomfortable, the patio furniture needs to be replaced, and the kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating. But the price was reasonable and you can't beat the location. The property manager was also very nice. We would stay here again.“

„The whole fam was there: grandparents down to two 6 yr olds. Accommodated all 13 of us just fine. There could not be a better location, right on the sand and a wonderful deck to watch the “littles” play on the beach and their dads surfing!No one wanted to leave. Well stocked kitchen, super clean, and the teens loved the arcade games. “

„My daughter and I absolutely loved staying here. Very short walk down the lane to the beach. People were so friendly and it felt safe. This location was close to my Ventura family. Little scary for us when the fires started in Ventura but there was a quick response to put them out.Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. LOVED the candy jar-we love Smartees.We could have walked to a few stores but didn’t need to. I do recommend this property. “
