„Owner was great, responses quick and will be there on a same day when something is broken. The furniture is cool and very worthy but it's very worn. Bathrooms very worthy and clean, but the doors and the surfaces of the furniture was very dirty and dusty, the BBQ either. House needs new paint from outside and a little TLC inside. We were a large group of friends 19 and 3 kids but we spent a great time there and we would do it again. Thank you for having a great time “

„Did a weekend fishing trip and used this place as home base with a few friends. Nice location near the base, harbor, and straight shots to the freeways. Plenty of room, decent setup, ample parking, and worked just fine for our group. Property manager was prompt and easy to communicate with.“

„Sehr schönes Objekt gleich um die Ecke des Pazifiks. Dort in beiden Richtungen kilometerlange Sandstrände, wir haben zahlreiche Delphine vom Ufer aus gesehen, die Wellen zum Wellenreiten genutzt und genossen. Die Wohnung ist uns sehr sauber übergeben worden. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Alle Alltagsdinge waren vorhanden, selbst Waschmittel und Spülmittel standen zur Verfügung. „The whole fam was there: grandparents down to two 6 yr olds. Accommodated all 13 of us just fine. There could not be a better location, right on the sand and a wonderful deck to watch the “littles” play on the beach and their dads surfing!No one wanted to leave. „I liked that there was super clear and professional communication with the owners. Easy walking distance to the beach. The only consideration is that there are only two bathrooms. If you have the max number of guests, 10 people, be prepared to share two sinks/mirrors/showers between the 10 of you. Otherwise a perfect beach house. I would definitely visit again in the summer to enjoy all the beach toys they have!“

„We were quite comfortable and really enjoyed the use of the kitchen. We had a little trouble navigating the TV but watched what we could find. The condo has a lot of light, more than those who live outside a city were used to. We were unable to arrive as planned and checked in the next day, however our host extended our check out time which gave us a chance to explore our surroundings. The host was wonderfully helpful and made our stay enjoyable.“

Service ohne Abstriche sehr gut. Oxnard ist aber weg vom Schuss. 50Min bis Santa Barbara und 50Min bis Malibu. Dies muss man wissen, da Oxnard sonst nicht hergibt.
