„Spent a long weekend for an annual holiday trip with the family. We love Hollywood Beach and this house was perfect! Great location and the beach was really nice this side of the harbor. The house had plenty of space and accommodated all 7 of us with sleeping quarters. Loved it and would stay again! “

„Owner was great, responses quick and will be there on a same day when something is broken. The furniture is cool and very worthy but it's very worn. Bathrooms very worthy and clean, but the doors and the surfaces of the furniture was very dirty and dusty, the BBQ either. House needs new paint from outside and a little TLC inside. We were a large group of friends 19 and 3 kids but we spent a great time there and we would do it again. Thank you for having a great time “

„Just finished a few days at this terrific property. We enjoyed the rooftop breezes from the beach as we watched the sailboats cruise by in the marina and as they headed out to open water.Oxnard is terrific - close enough to L.A. but not nearly the mad pace.We were able to walk to the coffee shop, enjoy the park areas and beach, and the fresh fruit at the farmers market was the freshest imaginable. Dort in beiden Richtungen kilometerlange Sandstrände, wir haben zahlreiche Delphine vom Ufer aus gesehen, die Wellen zum Wellenreiten genutzt und genossen. „I liked that there was super clear and professional communication with the owners. Easy walking distance to the beach. The only consideration is that there are only two bathrooms. If you have the max number of guests, 10 people, be prepared to share two sinks/mirrors/showers between the 10 of you. Otherwise a perfect beach house. I would definitely visit again in the summer to enjoy all the beach toys they have!“
