„It was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. It was super quiet, clean, close to volcano. The only thing I would say is the driveway had a huge hole if maybe it could be filled with rocks and the soap dispenser was stuck. Oh yeah and the coffee pot didn’t work. All in all they brought us soap right and way with a new coffee maker. Definitely would stay there again😃“

„We loved the place, we were there for one night. For a longer stay I would have to address allergenic issues… but considering we were in a rainforest environment…it was expected.I brought what I needed. Very cozy feel, great shower! I recommend. “

„The Pacifica Inn is just a few minutes from the Volcano National Park and part of a great little neighborhood. Even though in a neighborhood, it feels very secluded and in your own little tropical forest. We stayed in the Gecko and Volcano rooms. I feel this is a best option when you are traveling with friends and/or another couple to have your own spaces ... but still in the same building/property. Communication with the host was great!“

„We found the place because it was close to the venue of a wedding we were attending. It was super cute and spacious. We stayed with 3 kids and the beach chairs/toys were lovely to have. Everything at the property was well labeled and little bonus snacks and extra sunscreen was great. The property owner lives upstairs and is super responsive with any question or concern. She even sent us a little note when a large rainbow appeared over the ocean one day! “

„Only there has been a little confusion when after booking 2 units for 2 people, and paying a full price, I received suddenly a message that one of my 2 units was cancelled. It made me worried about how I could accommodate both of us. At the end my 2nd person got ill and couldn’t come, so I used the one unit Nane.“

„There were definite highs and lows to this property. The rooms were very clean and there was great entertainment options (games available to play) and lots of beds, which is what we wanted. However, we really wanted the hot tub which this property advertised, but was clearly not being uproot or available for use. There was one line in the posting, that the water is not drinkable. I applaud that this property is so green, but it was somewhat inconvenient for utilizing water. The biggest complaint ...

„Beautiful gardens and lovely accomodations. Clean and colorful unit with everything we needed. Proximity to south point was great for partner to go fishing off the shore. No AC, but weather is cooler and great breeze coming through house. Evenings were filled with frogs singing. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Would love to stay here again.“

„Annabelle is a wonderful host. This is definitely a piece of paradise. I liked the open living area to hang out in. Large bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Great location, within a mile of volcano. Golf course is even closer. Would definitely stay here again.“

„We had a great time at Na'alehu. We arrived after dark and the road to the apartment was a little bit scary, as some parts are not paved. But just keep going to the top of the hill and you'll find the place. Vickie and Wesley were very friendly and exeptionally helpful during our stay - thank you! The place is close to south point, green sands beach and Punalu'u black sand beach (where green sea turtles sometimes come to rest). We also recommend the Punalu'u bakeshop with delicious treats.“

„We started out by staying on the Kona side. We also knew that to go to the National Park would require more time, so we booked one night with you. It truly was not enough time. Your online listing does not do you justice. All 5 of us wanted more time in the Jungalow! Everything was perfect! Cozy, charming, peaceful and everything we needed to unwind.
