„My Mother and I have stayed before. We upgraded to a room with a balcony as we were there for a few nights. They can't do twins in these rooms, but the bed was a super king. It was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a bath and a shower. It was clean. The only thing that could have improved the room was a magnified mirror in the bathroom. We didn't eat in the hotel on this occasion.“

„This hotel is great and we couldn’t fault our stay until check out time..... we had already paid for the hotel prior to our stay yet we were asked to pay again for the room! Apparently the hotel has recently changed hands and there is some issue with the accounts transferring over so the hotel isn’t currently receiving the payments people are paying ( going to the old company). We politely explained that this was not our issue and we wouldn’t be paying for the room twice!! This just put a ...

„Ein schönes Hotel direkt am Bshnhof von York gelegen. Alles ist Fußläufig erreichbar bzw. es befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür wo reguläre Linienbusse und Touristen Busse abfahren. Das Hotel ist auch für Gäste mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen nutzbar und besitzt einen Aufzug. Im Hotel gibts auch eine Bar und Restaurant für die Besucher. “
