Zimmerservice 1A und das Personal gibt sich die größte Mühe, dass man einen guten Aufenthalt hat. Die zentrale Lage hat aber auch Nachteile: nebenan ist das St Thomas Hospital. Wenn man Pech hat und ein Zimmer zur Notaufnahme erwischt, hört man die Rettungswägen die ganze Nacht. Man sollte auch bedenken, dass man, sobald man das Hotel verlässt, mitten in den Menschenmengen steht. 2 Tube Stationen in 5 Minuten erreichbar. "

"The location downtown is perfect. One is in the middle of everything an one can reach any public transportation necessary. Its a nice, clean hotel with a 24h reception. People are friendly and helpful. The rooms are not big but you have what is necessary, a fridge, hot water boiler, cable TV, a new bathroom. The windows are quite small, so one needs electric light at daytime, but it is not realy disturbing. With the elevaters one needs patience. I will come back to this place the next time, when I visit London."
