If your handicap such as needing to use cane, wheelchair or not good on uneven suface this resort is not for you. The villas were absolutely beautiful with beautiful ocean view. Some staff are not friendly and hound you to join vacation club we werent even at resort more then 10 minutes before hounding started.

Hello, the resort itself is really good and the staff is great! Sadly there is some areas of improvement. As an all inclusive resort I was expecting more per the reviews I saw online. To our disappointment the food was really bad on most of the options available inside the resort. Out of the 5 options available only one was good, but even that options lacked on the experience. Hayashi table was great and the taste was nice. But is really gourmet and there was only beef, chicken and shrimp as the proteins available. Now don't imagine the full portion of either, you get a scoop of it and if anybody on the table does not want their portion you can take it. Really strange to be honest. The rest of the restaurants as sal de mar and the italian lacked flavor! I mean is Mexican cousine and Italian both are famous for flavor. You kinda expect it as they cook for either tourists who seems to me can’t stand the strong flavors. Three nights we ended up going out for dinner instead to other restaurants. Same goes for the drinks on the bars, they lack alcohol but that is to be expected. You need to ask the bar tender to put doubles or triples to actually have some licor taste. Is a great place for the family as the pools are big and have fun activities. Same goes for night activities as the magic show or the bingo. Besides that not really worth it the all inclusive. Please also be aware this is listed as adults only! Is not the case. There is plenty of family and kids around.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was meticulously clean, the staff were attentive and the rooms were very comfortable. The food was good, with someone who has a sensitive stomach I didn’t feel sick at all from all the different dining options although there could have been small areas for improvement - but for the price the value is definitely there. I would not hesitate to stay here again. This is NOT a party resort and this is exactly what I wanted, so as long as you understand that this is a great place for relaxation then you will have an amazing time!

We had a villa and were steps to the beach. Had a butler which was nice for reservations at restaurant and beds on beach. Nice, quiet, clean, not spring breaker spot or a lot of kids when we were there. The staff are amazing and are very helpful. The buffet was ok but we were a little disappointed. Same menu for almost every day/meal and not a lot of variety or flavorful dishes. Hibachi was amazing-we went twice while there. overall, 4/5 stars.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the Jr Villa on the beach. Buffet and Koi were the best restaurants. Loved the location the beauty of the ocean.The prime steakhouse doesn't have prime rib.And they didn't have a colorful Cancun sign at this time

Royal Select at Grand Park Royal Cancun was great. The "Royal Select" is a tower within the Grand Park Royal Luxury suites resort. The tower has rooms overlooking the ocean and also provided a VIP experience if you stayed in that building. The VIP experience allowed for special perks while at the resort as well as a butler that came with the room. This resort is great for short stays. The staff was amazing, everyone was so friendly and helpful. They have people constantly cleaning the resort which made it appear spotless. We were there five days and never seen anything out of place or dirty. They were on top of it. We had a butler since we had the VIP experience through Expedia. This service was great. Jessica helped us out greatly. She made reservations for certain restaurants which only VIP members can get, set up a private dinner for my wife and I, reserved or beach and pool canopies and do much more. She was amazing. The food was okay at this resort. The seafood restaurant was great but only open for a few hours during the day. The buffet was normal buffet food, nothing special. The Italian restaurant was very good and you should eat there if you stay at this location. The beach was perfect. No rocks, clear blue water and white sand. Plenty of places to sit. Lifeguards were on duty and constantly making sure everyone was safe. This beach is exactly what we came to Cancun for and it didn't disappoint. I would definitely recommend this location.

We stayed in The Tower. The room was nice and newly updated! I have never been so hungry on an all inclusive vacation. The buffet food was the worst we’ve ever had. Everything that should’ve been hot, was cold. On our second to last day, one of the sweet waiters asked if we wanted bacon and we of course said yes! So the last two days we at least got warm bacon! On the last night we were there, we found the sleeper restaurant! The TACO BAR!! During the day they serve meh pizza, hot dogs and burgers but in the evening, a wonderful lady does the cooking and holy moly!! It was so good! I believe they are moving this snack bar area to a new area being built between the pool and the Tower. This was our 3rd time at this resort and I don’t remember it being so bad the first two times we went there. The sweet gal in the taco bar did say they were going to be under new management soon so hopefully/maybe that will help.

This is our third time in Cancun and first time staying here. We had an amazing 10 days at this resort. The food was pretty good with several options to choose from. The staff was amazing . Special shout out to Juventino at the rooftop bar who always made the best drinks and took great care of us . Also to Fermin for making the best omlettes and having such a bright and positive attitude. To Fanny everyday at the adult pool taking such great care of us with an amazing attitude and Xitlali in the coffee shop with the best attitude handling multiple people so gracefully . We thank you so much for taking such great care of us . We will definitely be back !

We stayed 10 days at a junior ocean front villa with plunge pool. It was a marvelous stay for the staff and the service. Special shout out to Alexander at the poolside bar! Amazing customer service! The cleaning staff was also very attentive and on top of our every need. The reason for my 4 stars and not 5 is simply because of our personal food experience. We consider ourselves “foodies” so we might be picky but some of the options are very subpar. For example, the burger at the snack place (and room service) tastes like it’s been frozen for weeks and it’s kind of chewy, gross. We ended up hitting the town for a lot of meals instead. Additionally, we don’t understand the policy at this resort of insisting that men wear sleeve shirts to every restaurant, even for breakfast and lunch, when you see women walking around showing just about anything. It’s a double standard and it is very annoying. I was wearing shoes, long shorts, and a tank and was told I couldn’t eat unless I put on a sleeved shirt. Meanwhile next to me was a woman with a see-through cover and wearing a bikini thong and basically just a bra, how is that okay? It’s hot outside! Please consider having a fair dress code. Men should be allowed to wear tanks just as women are. Besides that this resort is very nice and you cannot beat the beach views! So beautiful. We definitely enjoyed our 10 days here.
