Lack of air conditioning in the Executive level room - as the room was on the top floor it was quite hot in the evenings (even in the unpredictable British summer). Otherwise a spacious and comfortable room and enjoyable stay in Kent.“

„The pictures don’t do this place justice. The complex has some great buildings. The barn is a great hangout space with some fab amenities.Some of the sofa beds are a bit tired (cottages) and lighting to and around the hot tub would work really well.“

Rooms were nice and clean and well presented. Sad as it sounds tvs in the rooms would have been nice. Only negative was that there was only one bathroom. As a group of seven women, this was a challenge at times with queuing for loo and shower.“

We said this but it was not made good as promised. (This is trivial) The family loved it and would book again. The online listing did not say how good the pool is.“
