„A very nice stay. Though the rooms are above a pub, it was a quiet sleep. No on-site parking, but right across the street there is a municipal parking garage which wasn't too expensive. The Cathedral is a very short walk. The inn provided a nice continental breakfast. The pub scene was quite nice...the locals were friendly and welcomed this American.“

„This property is outstanding in its location, in its cleanliness and comfortable room. Run by Joan, who is extremely helpful with any queries you might have, going out of her way to assist, she is a real professional, and likewise the waitress we had was exceptional. The accommodation was possibly the best we've ever had for peace and quiet, and again the breakfast was superb, one of our best ever we've had. We are looking forward to returning whenever we get the chance as it's so good. “

„Chrissie is probably the best hostess I’ve ever experienced. In a beautiful and quiet location, amazing breakfast and incredible service, there’s not much more one can wish for. I’ll definitely be back!“

„Leider war das das Hotel, im Gegensatz zum Namen, nicht sehr angenehm. Unser Zimmer lag im Parterre und roch muffig wie nach einem Wasserschaden, auch durch intensives Lüften war dieses nicht zu mildern. Schimmel im Bad komplettierte das Gesamtbild von diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber leider während der Abendstunden komplett überfordert. Dafür entschädigte aber das Frühstück was im oberen mittleren Bereich ist. “
