„This was a great stay for 2 adults and 2 children. Despite there being a sign up on arrival that there was a private event with music till midnight… I didn’t hear a thing, the rooms are nice and quiet, the pool was lovely to wind down in after a busy day, and the breakfast was great, plenty of choice, fresh and was replenished often. Parking is £7 for each night, and there is a bus stop on the opposite side of the road just outside the hotel to take you into York, the bus’s are every 15 ...

„Der Empfang war etwas seltsam. Bar Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren aber stets sehr freundlich und nett,die Enttäuschung beim Check in war leider größer. Zimmer hätten gepflegter sein können,das Bad war schon etwas älter und Fliesen lose, die Ablage beim Waschbecken war sehr ungepflegt. Aussicht und Umgebung war aber sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Hotel befindet sich sehr abgelegen. Spa haben wir leider nicht benutzt, wussten nicht ob wir da auch auch halbherzig begrüßt werden ...

„Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit sehr hohem Standard. Leider etwas nah an eine Schnellstraße, die deutlich zu hören ist. Penibel sauber, mit schönem Restaurant und Bar. Der Spa Bereich ist für englische Verhältnisse sehr schön, ebenfalls absolut sauber, mit Dame am Empfang. Eine echte Empfehlung.“

„Ein schönes Hotel direkt am Bshnhof von York gelegen. Alles ist Fußläufig erreichbar bzw. es befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür wo reguläre Linienbusse und Touristen Busse abfahren. Das Hotel ist auch für Gäste mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen nutzbar und besitzt einen Aufzug. Im Hotel gibts auch eine Bar und Restaurant für die Besucher. “

„This hotel is great and we couldn’t fault our stay until check out time..... we had already paid for the hotel prior to our stay yet we were asked to pay again for the room! Apparently the hotel has recently changed hands and there is some issue with the accounts transferring over so the hotel isn’t currently receiving the payments people are paying ( going to the old company). We politely explained that this was not our issue and we wouldn’t be paying for the room twice!! This just put a ...
