The Space:

Experience a one-of-a-kind stay in our expansive house, designed to accommodate up to 17 guests. Every corner of this peaceful haven radiates comfort and privacy, making it perfect for large family gatherings or group vacations. The property includes:

- 4 bungalow-style bedrooms, each with direct garden access (Bungalows will be available based on the number of guests: the second bungalow opens from the 5th guest onwards, with each bungalow accommodating 4 or more guests)
- 6 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom
- A cozy living room with seating for 12 people
- A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more
- A main dining room for 6 and a secondary dining area for an additional 6 people
- Outdoor patio or balcony with dining space for 10
- A TV room with seating for 12 people (indoor spaces are available depending on the number of guests)
- A lush garden with 2 tables seating 15 people under umbrellas
- A dedicated workspace
- A refreshing pool (the boiler is currently out of order; however, if requested, heating costs $5,000 for the first night and $2,000 per night thereafter)
- A jacuzzi (boiler also out of order; heating costs $1,000 per night)
- A fronton court for a bit of fun
- A grill area for outdoor meals
- Sunbathing space with 8 loungers
- 10 parking spots for your convenience
- The property owner and two on-site staff members reside at the house but will only appear upon request to ensure your privacy

Guest Access:
Upon arrival, please present an official identification and provide the names of all guests.

We kindly ask that you share your approximate arrival time with us. We will meet you at the property entrance to hand over the keys and give you a warm welcome.

The property offers 10 covered parking spaces and access through an electric gate for your convenience.

Getting Around:
The journey from Mexico City International Airport to the property takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, while the trip from Cuernavaca Airport is about 30 minutes.

We recommend arriving by car for ease and convenience. You can choose from the following options:
- Taking a taxi directly from the airport
- Using ride-sharing apps
- Renting a car from one of the available agencies upon landing

These options will ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival at the property.

Other Things to Note:
- Rooms will be opened based on the number of guests.
- For long stays (8+ days), an additional cleaning fee will be applied for each extra week.
- There is a mandatory daily cleaning fee of 500 MXN, which includes the service of 2 staff members at your disposal.
