Guest Access:
When you arrive at the Aria Residence condominium booth, you must give an id and give the address where you going.

We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. Our staff will meet you at the entrance of the property to hand over the keys and welcome you as you deserve :)

For your convenience, we have elevators and 1 parking space reserved for you.

The Neighborhood:
The property is very well located. Nearby you will find a variety of shopping centers, stores, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, banks, and more activities to do.

Aria Residences condominium has a private beach. You can also visit the stunning beaches in the area.

The nearest supermarket is Mega Soriana, a 7 minute drive away, you will also find an Oxxo 4 minutes away.

Nuevo Vallarta has something for everyone, you just have to choose where to start your experience. History, culture, adventure, beaches, water sports and thousands of other things.

Getting Around:
The drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport to the property is approximately 21 minutes. We suggest you arrive by car. You can take a taxi at the airport, use mobility apps or rent a car from one of the agencies when you land.

Other Things to Note:
Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Thank you very much for your support!

The apartment is located on the third floor.

Some staff members live here, so we will be attentive to anything we can do to complement your stay.
-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
