Poor check in and no maintenance
This would have been a four star review. However, the check in process and follow up by property management was subpar for a few reasons.1.) The check-in process did not clarify the building. However, there were 7 different buildings with 401 units. The property manager was clueless as to which building it was actually located in and just kept repeating what was on the unclear check-in instructions.2.) One bedroom was unusable due to a broken doorknob. My wife was locked in our 7 month's old bedroom three times. I had to use a credit card to jimmy the door open. The knob would lock and could not be turned. I requested 3 times for the Vacasa manager to order a repair over the course of 5 days. They told me they would send someone...no one ever showed up and the bedroom was unusable.3.) The oven kept popping circuit breaker making it unusable. Otherwise, nice beachfront. Pool area has a restaurant from late morning to 5:00 with affordable food and drinks. Many Canadian and American retirees winter at the location and are very friendly, very safe and warm pool. All of those features would have made it a 4 star is not for the management company.
