„DasRaven Hall Country House Hotel, liegt direkt an der Küste an hohem Kliff und bietet einen wirklich sehr schönen Blick über die Nordsee. Das Interieur des Hausest ist etwas altmodisch, was aber einen gewissen Charm hat.. Leider ist aber auch die Haustechnik ziemlich altmodisch und eigentlich nicht dem heutigen Standard entsprechend. So sollte man sich z.B. nicht daran stören, dass die Wasserleitungen bei Entnahme rattern wie ein vorbeifahrender Zug, Das Hotel-Restaurant ist ganz in Ordnung, ...

„Room was at the top of the hotel, up lots of very narrow stairs, very basic room which felt more like a spare room, hotel is definitely not a 4 star, struggle to be a 2 Room was very dated and small things werent right, the bedside light fitting was ver loose, the ceiling had decor missing, the wallpaper is like something out of the eighties, the room was tiny, cold and very unwelcoming, the only thing this hotel provided above a 2 star was the toilet roll. Even the water cups were white ...

„Compared to other hotels in Scarborough this one is a good choice. A friendly and professional welcome, a nice view, a large room. The downsides are the room is directly situated above the bar & garden which has customers drinking, laughing and yelling till midnight. Food is ok, but not great. The friendly receptionist is also a very good escalation manager and took the parking fee off the bill to make up for the noise.“

„we had a clean and lovely studio apartment . only minus points were the view on the car park next door from our studio and to pay extra for the parking. check in and out was very easy and the mini kiosk had reasonable prices. overall we had a great stay and enjoyed it very much :)“

„Lovely guest house, I had a very comfortable, large room. Although no sea view! The bathroom was a bit too small though, especially the shower cubicle. The bed was very high (needed a stepladder!) but comfortable. The room really needs a splash of colour as it was bland in its decor. Breakfast was very good and the dining room itself very beautiful with a huge log fire. The staff were exceedingly helpful, friendly and had lots of local knowledge. I'd stay there again“
