„3 generations (6 adults) and the dog, lovely place, plenty room for everyone. Whitby has plenty to do and is very dog friendly. We ate twice at the Inn across the road. There is little mention of the dog secure back garden, it’s small but there is a deck and seating. Plenty movies and games too. Everything was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. “

„Three nights stay - done a few now. Unfortunately, and not the hotels fault a particularly noisy neighbour this time around. Finally gave up trying to sleep at 3am and visited reception. I was given another room to get my head down for a few hours. Grateful for that - shame it happened due to some unruly guests. “

„Visited for our 32nd wedding anniversary and was not disappointed. Booked a classic double room but when we arrived were informed that they upgraded us to an executive room which was really large and immaculately prepared. We had use of the spa facilities if needed for additional cost but free use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna for 1 hour per day which made for a relaxing time after a long walk around York. „The room was very nice indeed, easily found a parking space, reception was very pleasant and helpful. 2 downsides. Firstly, there seemed to be some mix-up as to whether breakfast finished at 9 or 9.30, even staff serving breakfast unsure, there was a food shortage at 9.05 when we appeared, so we only selected one of each item to be courteous to other guests appearing after us.
