„Good location both for railway station and event venue (luckily climbing the hills should be good for my waistline! Not a criticism, as the hills are unavoidable.). Aside from that, hotel is fine, decent and comfortable - have stayed here before, no doubt will again. “

„The hotel was very pleasant generally, but unfortunately we were put into a room which seemed to have been forgotten. The radiator did not work and the room could only be heated with a convection heater, the cleaning was inadequate and the kettle contained so many bits of questionable matter that we did not risk using it.“

„it's a great location, with a marvelous view. right on the sea front, only a few minutes walk from the city centre. check in procedure was fast but very friendly. should have booked parking, but that was my fault. what i like are decent showers, with plenty of water pressure, which often is a real issue in hotels around the uk, no disappointment either. i had a great easter break, thank YOU !“
